Warnings:
The writing and stories archived on this journal include the following:

character death, coarse/vulgar language, dinosaurs, evil aliens, explicit rape, explicit sex, explicit torture, gender-bending, graphic violence and/or gore, homosexual and heterosexual relationships, implicit and explicit drug use, incest, masturbation, May-December relationships, sex between minors, sex between a minor and an adult, suicidal thoughts, superheroes, vampires, werewolves, whump, and the occasional Human Who Is Not Nice. BDSM, interspecies romance, crack -- I can't even begin to articulate how messed up my mind is. If any of these things bother you, feel free to leave.

I thoroughly list all important warnings at the beginning of each post. Non-Con is the only warning I will also put on my masterlist.

If you're too much of a dumb shit to read the warnings posted at the beginning of EVERY POST, and find yourself offended by the the subject matter or my method of writing - please, feel free to self-insert a catheter into your urethra without anesthesia.

I do not own or have any right to use characters in the large number of fandoms that I currently write in. I have no affiliation with official representation of those worlds/characters, and I make no money by writing this fanfiction. Any and all fanfiction (henceforth referred to as 'fic') is purely fiction, purely from my imagination, and not to be taken seriously. I do not own those characters, I do not think that this is in any way affecting the canon, and any mentions of celebrities/real people is purely my own fancy. I don't know any celebrities, and once again, I make NO MONEY. So if you'd like to sue me for copyright infringement, fine, I'll just end up bankrupt and you'll have ruined my life and lost a fan forever.

Claimer:
Original fiction archived on this journal is entirely my property. The characters/worlds therein are mine. Any similarity to real people/events is coincidental, although sometimes less coincidental than others. Still, all stories are FICTIONAL and have no reflection on real people's personalities, preferences, or habits. 

Anyone using any of my characters/worlds without my permission, please send me a link so I can see what you've done. Failure to comply with these terms will result in absolutely no legal action whatsoever, although I might be sad I didn't get to see it, and do you really want that on your conscience?

Permissions:
Anyone seeking permission to create any fanwork based on my works is totally allowed to. You may, at will, remix/podfic/vid/illustrate any story that is posted publicly. My only request is that you link me to the finished product, because I want to see it and brag about it and tell all my friends to see it as well. 

Fanfiction archived here is my own property. Although it may be playing in someone else's sandbox, I am still the one who did the work and therefore I deserve credit where due. Do not archive without permission, do not claim as your own, link back to my story and give credit if writing a sequel/creating any fanwork based on my work.

You have several options, you can browse by fandom (tags in the sidebar) or by rating (ditto) or even by checking out my various cross-referencing tags on my delicious account (drabbles not linked). Failing that, you could just look at my Masterlist of Fic and Art.

Permissions: Feel free to make my stories into any sort of transformative work you would like. I'm always happy to see my stories inspire art, podfic, commentary, remixes, unauthorized sequels, and so on. You don't need to ask me, although I WOULD like a link back to what you've created so that I can enjoy what you've done.
